The cards the player chooses to keep are kept in the second to fourth hands as well. For example, if in the player’s first hand he keeps the King of Hearts and the Ace of Hearts, the second to fourth hands will also contain the King of Hearts and the Ace of Hearts. When he decides to replace the discarded cards, each hand is replaced with cards from a separate deck.
