Pacific Poker Customer Support breaks World Record

Pacific Poker just broke the world record for online poker customer support by answering a query in four seconds.

Fred Lynn was working in the Pacific Poker customer support office when an email came through from Michelle Jones. Jones, 28, lives in Chicago and was trying to play online poker but forgot her password. She sent in an email asking for help.

"I just happened to have the spreadsheet open at J because of a previous query I was dealing with," Lynn said.

"So when I looked up I saw Michelle's details there and emailed the password straight back to her."

"I just couldn't believe it when I got a reply to my email straight away. This was the most amazing customer support ever," Jones said.
