2. Watch your opponents. The best poker players are the most alert to their opponents. Watch your opponents betting habits. If they are someone who likes to bluff, you won’t be tempted to fold when they place a high bet. However, some players only bet high when they have a strong hand. If you recognize this, you know to fold and save your money. Poker is a constant learning process.
